28th May - YL's big 24

(JL & YL - a difference of a day on the calendar, a hell lotsa difference on personality.. haha..)

c/w from top-left: dump well-beaten (yolk + sugar) + well-beaten egg white + mascarpone cheese together and mix well, dip sponge fingers in coffee, lay alternate layers of soaked fingers and cheese cream, dust cocoa powder on top..

moi bake for yl: TIRAMISU..

c/w from top-left: yl's japanese curry cheese-baked rice, yl's oven-baked scallops (heard yl specially prepared for me! yay =) ), still yl's baked salmon in lemon-butter sauce, and the dessert combi of ken's oreo cheesecake and me's tiramisu..

yanli took MANY BLOWS to KO the 24 candles.. "dude, its oni gonna get harder as the yrs increase leh.." haha..

kendrick took the first cut on the cheesecake lah!! haha.. i bet he is really anxious and worried tat no one bakes for him for his bdae on 16sep.. haha.. yl had to settle for the 2nd cut, and distribute the cake.. heng there is untouched tiramisu waiting for him to cut.. hurhur..

ending the nite with homemade (or i made) chocolate fondue with loads of mashmellow, strawberries, bananas, grapes, apples and oranges (in order of nice-ness to go along with the choc fondue, and sour oranges SUCK!).. haha.. some baileys and daidee.. as usual, junhao ending as the "ultimate assshole".. "oh wats new" i say..

i say "我们全部不要看镜头" (translation: lets all not look at the camera) and adam actually followed my cue!! i seriously doubt he din understand all the bad things we were saying abt him all this while!! hahaha..

no lah, kidding, adam so nice, we were got say bad things abt him, rite pple?!
