dis weekend was pretty shiok..

played damn big MJ on fri.. 1-2 leh.. tot it was 10cent 20cent.. but its actually $1 $2 lah!! *sweat* but heng won all the way.. hee..

den sun play the typical stake.. won again..

total winnings 200bucks.. yay.. let it take care of the next 3 petrol tanks.. haha..

ohhh, and i love driving my white jazz ard.. STILL trying to be familiar with the roads in spore.. grrrrr.. =)

-grades - belated entry-

retrospect - my grades..

not too bad.. all within expectation.. i know wat i can score in and wat i cannot.. hurhur..all the module codes and stuff, not like u pple will understand.. haha.. so shall describe along the way..

here we go..my FYP is a FAILED project tat i actually worked on.. half the time the machine was spoilt and i cannot proceed.. by the time it was repaired, my US strawberries acutally went OUT OF SEASON!!! omg u would say.. i tot so too.. but hearsay tat my prof anyhow aso give A one.. so i juz based it on TAT belief, and submitted a half-pass-six report.. in the end A-.. whahahaha.. *happy for myself of cos*

my Design II is one whereby the chem engineers group ourselves into groups of 7 and do individual units for a plant, and assemble them together n make sure tat the flow is consistent with the desired products as stated in our problem statement.. i did my part half-pass-six-ly AGAIN.. haha.. cos the time line wasn't very favourable as i was putting my heart into solving my FYP machine problem.. the end result, B.. heng i din spend a hell lot of time on it.. haha.. cos i gather tat its hard to push for an A in dis setting.. =)

took another chem eng module, FOOD TECH.. half memory half calculations module.. without my dear floorball-cum-chem eng-fren, i would hav failed at midterms TERRIBLY.. tats when i realise i forgot ALL MY MATHS le!!! haha.. panic like hell.. exams, still chui.. BUT as usual, i kinda expected it le, and glad i passed it.. D+.. hahaha.. 2nd D in NUS.. hahah..

i took aso, a ja-pa-lang IT module.. mcq and short answers for final exam.. open book.. so basically its copy and paste into exam paper oni.. alot of qn, so its a matter of who copy the fastest.. hahah..B+.. nothing interesting.. juz din manage to copy faster den the rest..

hahah..tats all for now.. semester CAP is 3.7 again (like all semesters in yr 2 and 3)..

2nd lower as expected.. no surprises no shame no regrets no nothing.. i did all i can, all i wanted, and enjoyed dis 4 years fully..

ohhh, checked results with another 2 frens.. had a fren who scored 4As and 1B to pull himself up to 2nd upper (and tat made me the lowest in my batch of peers working in the same organisation).. the other had 4.74 BUT he got B+ for his FYP, so he missed out on 1st class, can oni settle for 2nd upper.. one happy one sad, and me, nonchalant..

now i look forward to my paycheck.. hurhur..

-dun like to sleep-

i hate going to sleep nowadays..

for i know that when i wake up the next morning, i will experience an excruciating pain on my right elbow.. the pain will gradually subside as the day pass..

believed to be some injury sustained during floorball.. and made worst when i missed the step and fell while trying to board the bus 2 weeks back..

now the pain is recurrent EVERY MORNING when i wake up..

i used to love sleeping.. but to skip the pain, i rather not sleep..

-last exam-

last exam in nus liao.. dis time, juz 2 papers, a HUGE difference from the usual 5-6 papers i used to hav compared to yr 1 or 2.. haha.. but, tat doesnt mean i am more motivated to study..

"u r like the most hardworking FYF ard lah, still come library study".. haha.. i wish.. cos i hav been SO slack for the entire sem, if i dun study ABIT, i tink i am a goner dis exam!! haha..

-KR FYF COMMAND 2009-

ok, sorry guys for the lack of post and very belated entries.. haha..

once the momentum is gone, hard to find back to blog n update regularly.. haha.. partly time taken up to chill, partly nothing interesting going on, partly lazy, partly take used on facebook! haha..

ok, back to topic of COMMAND 2009.. yesshhh, the much anticipated performance of the year tat i was talking about.. i did the opening dance (which is compulsory for all involved), as well as the finale dance..

for those who hav been keeping urself abreast on facebook, might hav came across all the videos uploaded on facebook, as well as on youtube..






yesshhhh, its the "nobody (by Wondergirls) + Single Ladies (by Beyonce)" dance piece we prepared for our fellow kent-ridgeans..

it was a meaningful nite, as we saw deserving awardees getting their recognition on tat nite with the hall awards, as well as precious final gifts (the bouquet of flowers and the sash tat makes me look like some pageant winner.. lol..) done up by the blk for the final year-ers..

in short, i really enjoyed myself on tat nite, my stay in KR for the past 3 yrs.. other den the frens tat i made over the yrs, COMMAND nite will be 1 particular day tat i will remember KR forever..

-last 5 nites and before..-

some nites last week.. including the past 5 nites, i hav been dancing my nites away..

yeshh, for COMMAND 09.. the event-of-the-yr where all final years will come together to put up a performance for the entire hall..

was very enthu abt it after coming back from exchange last yr.. but as the day approaches, actually feeling contradicting emotions abt it..

its really the end of the hall journey, yet its something tat every final yr looked forward to.. and when it comes, we might not want it to end so fast, so soon..

hmmm, cant really express my feeling out in words.. mayb cos my engLAND sux.. haha.. but i tink dis kinda feeling, oni final years will understand de lah.. haha.. its the "i want it, but i dowan it at the same time" type of feeling.. haha.. COMPLICATED... yeshhhh.. hahah..

doing the opening dance and the finale dance oni.. due to the lack of enthu. when the preparation started, i oni signed up for the finale dance, and the opening dance involves all final years doing command.. HOW I WISH I HAV SIGNED UP FOR BAND.. and satisfy my rocker-wannabe-desire for juz once!!!!!

hai.. too late..

but its alrite.. the finale dance is gonna be one of its kind experience aso.. watch dis space!!
