understand

after a busy period for other pple's happiness, i seem to understand wats "越快乐　越堕落"..

NUA-ed the whole day away.. heavy tots running thru me sometimes.. other times, juz sheer retardation force to start on something kept me well tucked under my super comfortable quilt..

will i get tat kinda treatment / effort i offer to pple for their special day on my special day? or even juz in simple daily routines?? simply put, wats in it for me at the end of the day?!

if its juz for reciprocity, den wats the meaning in it??

worse, wat if other pple take u for granted, and tink nothing of it?!

things tat u take the extra mile to plan, to do, MIGHT JUZ HIT u twice as hard, on the back..

simple?! yar rite..

mayb its exam stress..

mayb its the last few days in DTU..

mayb its the last phase of exchange programme..

mayb its the uncertainty for upcoming travels..

mayb its the homesickness..

mayb its juz me..

but, i certainly dun feel rite abt myself..

i am feeling kinda trapped..

feeling the lack of personal space..

feeling very daze..

feeling pretty lost..

feeling abit emo..

feeling like SHIT..

juz dowan to do anything..

wonder if anyone understand me..

cos i dun fully understand myself!

welcome to EMO-land..

PS dis is publised after everyone embark on SEP trip liao.. so by the time my SEPmates read it, its a thing of the past, and NOT really worth mentioning to them anymore.. hurhur..

Bdaes II

28th May - YL's big 24

(JL & YL - a difference of a day on the calendar, a hell lotsa difference on personality.. haha..)

c/w from top-left: dump well-beaten (yolk + sugar) + well-beaten egg white + mascarpone cheese together and mix well, dip sponge fingers in coffee, lay alternate layers of soaked fingers and cheese cream, dust cocoa powder on top..

moi bake for yl: TIRAMISU..

c/w from top-left: yl's japanese curry cheese-baked rice, yl's oven-baked scallops (heard yl specially prepared for me! yay =) ), still yl's baked salmon in lemon-butter sauce, and the dessert combi of ken's oreo cheesecake and me's tiramisu..

kendrick's bake of oreo cheesecake getting decorated with 24 COLOURFUL candles.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY YL!!

yanli took MANY BLOWS to KO the 24 candles.. "dude, its oni gonna get harder as the yrs increase leh.." haha..

kendrick took the first cut on the cheesecake lah!! haha.. i bet he is really anxious and worried tat no one bakes for him for his bdae on 16sep.. haha.. yl had to settle for the 2nd cut, and distribute the cake.. heng there is untouched tiramisu waiting for him to cut.. hurhur..

ending the nite with homemade (or i made) chocolate fondue with loads of mashmellow, strawberries, bananas, grapes, apples and oranges (in order of nice-ness to go along with the choc fondue, and sour oranges SUCK!).. haha.. some baileys and daidee.. as usual, junhao ending as the "ultimate assshole".. "oh wats new" i say..

i say "我们全部不要看镜头" (translation: lets all not look at the camera) and adam actually followed my cue!! i seriously doubt he din understand all the bad things we were saying abt him all this while!! hahaha..

no lah, kidding, adam so nice, we were got say bad things abt him, rite pple?!

Bdaes

27th May - JL's big 24..

c/w from top-left: dump (flour + salt + baking soda) with (sour cream + eggs + sugar) and beat well.. den dump (butter + cocoa powder + water) and bring to boil.. cool and add to previous, mix and pour unto baking tray, BAKE..

special topping of chocolate, cocoa powder, butter, loads of icing sugar and spread on top of cake..

end product - texas sheet cake.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JL!!

jl's treat of ice cream cones and B&J Caramel Chew Chew.. everyone HEARTS ice cream.. tats sam having his 3rd ice cream cone!! haha..
