i slapped my previous timing by shaving 27s, coming in at 9:25..

yay!! finally got my gold for WY2006.. n personal best for the irritating 2.4km..

watzzup next?!?! OCS having a biathalon challenge on the 4th july.. complete b4 1:05:00 den can get a cert liao.. 750m swim, 8km run.. seems like bearable torture for me though, but should i go for it?!?! go aso go alone, quite sian.. mayb not den.. haha..
