pretty cool v.dae, considering the fact that i am all alone in denmark.. expected cold weather n chill air, with class going on as usual, and thing juz get sian-er each day.. doing grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning my room, doing laundry.. i feel i can be a MOTHER anytime man..

sidetrack abit.. a couple of days ago, i had a dream, of a scene in the airport on the day of my departure..

certain key characters that shaped my life turned up made me cry my lungs out.. (in reality, some did - click here to see who did.. some din but cos they mattered to me, i know i would hav reacted the same anywayz)

i woke up in shock, and in tears as well.. the dream was so real, the tears n the crying, omg..

so back to v.dae..

i got mail! haha.. abt a week ago, greeting card.. today, zhun zhun on v.dae, a bar of chocolate!

according to my SEP mates - jialiang, yanli, kendrick, xiaoli - and of cos my personal view as well, the chocolate tasted REAL GOOD! its little wonder Y pple say belgium makes good chocolate.. the chocolate was from UK, but made in belgium.. see wat i mean.. haha..

to continue with the singaporean tradition of celebrating v.dae, the 5 sporean guys decided to buy flowers for the P-container girls! tat included xiaoli, hye jin, and yang shuo.. we got them deep purple tulips (i picked them, n they were fabulous).. BUT I FORGOT to take pics of how surprised the girls were.. haha..

going a step further, i decided to bake! (now tat we got all the essential baking stuff)..

nothing fantastic, juz simple chocolate cupcake.. hope to go back to wat i can bake best..

my dear cupcakes in the oven, rising..

suddenly when i open the oven, the air in the muffin escaped, and the started to LAO-HONG(deflat)..

i realised there is REALLY a difference between baking powder n baking soda.. haha.. i oni got powder, so i tink the rising POWER is too much.. plus the fact tat its my first time using "CUPS" as measurement (no weighing scale here ya see) a'int helping..

at least i am consoled and encouraged by all my frens ard me.. the taste i tink not bad lah actually.. haha.. how wrong can chocolate go rite?! haha.. plus i added 2 big-button chocolate chip to the centre of the cupcake, so there is a little surprise, the burst of thick choclate..

but the looks, damn fail lah.. even my sweet-to-the-maximum-spider-strawberry-frosting (which tasted real good!) was unable to conceal the hideous deflated cupcakes..

sian-ed.. haha.. first try.. better cupcakes next time bah.. hee..

way after our dinner n dessert, dan (australian) together with hye jin (korean) prepared chocolate fondue for all of us! the strawberries, the grapes, the kiwi, the orange, the CHOCOLATE! SHIOKNESS lah..

dessert round 2! see, everyone ALWAYS hav some space for dessert..

the writer, after sinfully ate so much dessert for v.dae (although he got nothing much to celebrate) went to the gym with adam (american) for a short 1hour workout juz b4 the gym closed.. =)
