indulgence II

fri went home, din go help out with the KR floorball trials.. hee.. dy and jiam, paiseh.. actually i kinda forgot.. cos was rather not my kinda day after some little incident on thurs n fri, so was juz trying to rush home..

of cos, not to waste the fri away, met up with pete to makan.. gym plan failed, cos project discussion ended too late.. went to walk walk first and i bought 2 long sleeve shirts.. haha. in preparation for denmark ya see.. den went 4 dinner @ XING WANG @ marina square..

surprise surprise was in store for us! new and improved menu! whahaah.. wat a way to go to attract foodies like us..

tats peter playing with his phone, while i was busy gathering "resources" for dis blog entry.. haha.. no lah, actually he was on the phone jio-ing pple for prata supper tmr, which i will tok abt later..yap, we din see wrongly.. they r TRYING to serve prata.. let us say "forget it, esp after if u hav tried the casuarina ones.."looks interesting, the papaya soupy thingy.. but we were not tat advanturous to order them..their shanghai style vegetable rice.. i had tat for my main course.. the chicken chop with SH vege rice.. i give it 5 stars!!! haha.. its really nice lah.. got the vege fragrance with every spoonful of rice delivered into my mouth.. its like fried rice, minus those peas or meat or prawns.. juz some vege (like seaweed to me) and egg.. yummy! see, i ate it so fast, tat i actually forgot to take a pic of the REAL stuff.. damn.. haha.. and now, the dessert!! look at those TANG YUANS.. omg.. its like THE NEXT BIG thing to order after their jambo-mambo mango ice kacang.. we shared a jap red bean paste with tangyuans and vanilla ice cream, and a SUPER DUPER thick french toast..

ps: the french toast here r twice the thickness as compared to tat of TONGSHUI, and yet taste 4 X better..

lastly, its the kick-ass ice HK milk tea.. its the best so far, among all the HK cafes in spore, namely the novena HK cafe, and the many tongshui outlets ard.. even better den those kopitiam ones lor.. so MUST ORDER, if not u would hav wasted the trip to xingwang.. ok lah, their yuan-yang aso not bad, good deal too.. next time mayb try their lychee hua-cha or something.. haha.. looks interesting and tasty too..

ok, so after a thumbs-up dinner, time to head home.. to slack off and sleep..

sat woke up at mid day with nothing to do!!! haha.. rain, so my plan of going swimming screwed.. did my part of lab report den went to suntec to buy donuts from donut factory!! haha.. yap, its still a 15mins thingy there, as compared to the 2 hour queue at raffles city.. haha.. they got more and faster staff ya see..

got the donuts as a CONTINGENCY actually.. haha.. cos meeting pete hong xuan qiqi for supper at casuarina prata.. den i was juz tinking to myself, hari raya, den those indian muslim may celebrate den nv open.. so not to take TAT big a chance, i juz buy lor, no prata, at least they came we gather le can eat donuts together! haha.. at the same time satisfy my cravings for donuts.. hehe..

sun went to sing K-box with sis, den swim, den met weijing weewee vic n jr to see winter clothings.. haha.. wa, travelled alot lah, juz to see see look look.. haha.. wasnt really in the shopping mood today, so juz walk ard to see wats available and the type of pricing.. still got time to slowly buy.. haha.. they buying for the upcoming japan trip in dec, i buying for tat, as well as for denmark.. and guess wat, its gonna b a big hole in my pocket shd i get everything one shot.. omg..

there is still a sense of void, and its keeping me out of house, away from work, and nearer to doom.. i am juz TRYING to indulge in wateva tat kept me happy like those good old days..
