for the new year i juz hope tat everything goes well, i.e. Wan Shi Ru Yi..

dis year's new year's eve was kinda special, or rather different.. went to the singapore angpao river thingy to watch the fireworks display.. yar, it definitely beat staying at home n watching it 'live' on channel 8.. the "bong, bo-bong, bo-bo-bon-bong" is really alive n it feels as if the fireworks is getting nearer n nearer.. "in ur face" i would call it..

i haven watched a 'live' fireworks for ard 4years.. last was done with kandi when we were in jc, n wanted to watch the fireworks real close during national day.. so we tried to walk our way to the firing area.. tough luck, the whole area was closed off.. in the end, while walking back towards the national stadium, the explosives were heard.. yar, the two guys juz stood in the middle of nowhere staring into the skies with the fireworks in the sky.. haha..

dis year, i tot we started off with a pretty bad spot, so we shifted to sumwhere better.. oni after the show, we saw a "best spot".. shall not reveal it, in case next year u all go there den i dun even hav a place to stand there liao.. haha.. =P sorry, no pic, din bring camera along.. seeing is believing.. i tink the firework display is still on till mid-feb.. go catch it, LIVE.. haha..

shall spare u readers the usual bai nian stuff, guess u all must hav read thousands of entries from other pple's blog.. juz a short note, i gave my mum a fat ang bao dis year, n i tot having the ability to give angbao felt better den receiving it.. try it!! hehe..
