hey peeps, i am back from japan aka "the land of the rising t-ts and sbb" (quoting zhaohui)..

seriously, stay tuned from many updates on dis splendid trip tat i had with the uber-cool floorball dudes..

11days in japan, probably will take up the next 100days of blogging to give every detail and wonderful events tat took place back there..

i am starting to miss japan already..

Japan Day 11

ok, last day in Japan liao.. last view of the youth hostel (by day)..

polyester jacket tat looked like a simple clean leather jacket! love it, though its still pretty warm to wear in spore.. nvm, shall put it to good use in denmark during my SEP there.. whahaha..

Japan Day 10

to perk up our sadden morale, was to do some shopping on christmas day lah!

spend the morning part in shinjuku, buying gifts for my dear frens in spore.. along the way, its KRISPY KREME and STARBUCKS time! whahaha..

caution : donuts and coffee are to be consumed FRESH FROM THE OVEN AND PIPING HOT!! and sharing donuts (a box of 12 assorted donuts for 1700yen, abt $22) is damn fun.. instead of each person choosing 2 or 3 donuts, we decided to cut up everyone so tat we can all get to try all the flavours! haha.. so smart rite?! pris' idea!

some unhappy stuff happened along the way while shopping in harajuku.. mayb its others, mayb cos i am too emo.. so i stuffed myself with TAKOPACHI balls.. haha.. no lah, but i heard of how nice japanese takopachi balls are, so havta try it for myself.. THE AUTHENTIC JAPANESE TAKOPACHI BALLS! haha.. 8 for 400yen (ard $6), damn worth it, cos the octopus piece inside is freaking big and very Q~!

first christmas overseas and its japan! haha.. they dun really hav a christmas culture thingy going on, so the most we could is to juz hav a good dinner together (i had fantastic cheesy chicken wrap with fries) at some italian restuarant,

and to exchange present among ourselves! haha..

tats me (with the present from weewee) and peiyun, who got towels rolled into a swiss roll cake pattern (from me!)..

end of the day, i pulled off the "i am happy" look..

so it doesnt matter how i felt.. as long as the majority are not affected, its ok de, i can take the shit alone..

Japan Day 9

today is THE DAY..


MATCH DAY!!

yap, finally playing against the 3 japanese clubs liase earlier on by our dear coach weewee..


the results are not tat satisfying.. NUS lost all 3 matches.. haha.. not as a joke, but yar, we r juz not up to their standard.. one of their team juz won the LEAGUE CUP game the day before.. tats the kinda standard of players we were against..


as such, we were pretty down for the day.. not in a mood to take pics during the match intervals.. hee..

at the end of the tiring day, we retired early, and hopefully, the morale will get pick up the next morning..

Japan Day 8

day 8.. finally found a tree with RED leaves.. hurhur..but its so small, even if the wind were to blow and the leaves were to fall, it wouldn't drop all over me.. haha.. so much for the fantasy for TAT "para para sakura" finale scene.. haha..
day 8 is aso the day tat JIRONG N VICTOR join us! haha..
day 8 is aso a day tat we ordered the "american style buffet breakfast" from the hostel.. yum yum.. not to obad lah, every morning got rice, miso soup, fish, salad, omelette, ham / saugages, hashbrown / onion rings to choose from, plus unlimited orange juice lah, tea lah, coffee lah, milk lah.. wo~ pretty shiok.. haha..
kk, after breakfast, we 浩浩荡荡 一同去郊游.. haha.. we r off to.. .. ..
THE IMPERIAL PALACE! this palace opens oni 2 days in a year.. one of it being on the emperor's bdae (which is 23th dec, same bdae as weijing)
